They were very prompt and courtious. Responded within 5 minutes. Was at my house within 30 minutes. Found the problem and fixed it. They are a little overpriced but fixed my problem

Quick response time, descent service, but very expensive for only being here 12 minutes, including the paperwork. Felt ripped off for something that simple for him, considering I had completed the troubleshooting for him.
