I signed an agreement that night. He called me the next day and arranged a date and time to start the project. His men showed up on time, were extremely polite, clean, neat, respectful. They didn't get annoyed when I asked questions. They told me throughout the day how the job was progressing. When the job was finished you didn't know you had 3 workmen in your house all day. Particularly since they were working in a crawl space all day. Since the job was completed we have had quit a bit of rain and I do not see any puddles in the crawl space and that awful mildew smell is gone! Rating: Provided By: Roger L.
