Overall experience with the Hendrix Heating and Cooling was better than average I would say. My only issue was that they quoted me a specific time and they showed up about 6 hours later and never made an attempt to get a hold of me. I made various phone calls to find out what was going on. That was my only issue.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
It took longer than they expected, but stayed until 9 pm to finish so they would not have to come back the next day. Their work area was picked up as they left each day. I did have to figure out the humidity feature on my thermostadt, as the technician didn't know about it.

Project: Heat Pump - Repair or Service
The Hendrix tech came to our RV which we considered a plus. The unit was running when the tech arrived, but not cooling properly. The tech rebalanced the R22 charge on the heat pump unit. This carried a flat rate of k$81 in addition to the $50 service call charge. In addiioin, the tech was warned the AC cover was very brittle. He said, "most of them are". In spite of that, when reassembling the unit, he broke the back of the cover in 2 places. The tech did not stay to confirm that the unit was running properly. He seemed quite knowledgable but did not fix the problem. The air coming out of the vents is 73 degrees.
