Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
They cut my grass and in the process, they broke my rear gate and cut up my cover for my fire pit. I asked them about it and they didnt get back to me for weeks. I sent them pictures also. Finally they emailed me and said they looked into it and said they didnt have anything to do with it. Well thats hard to believe as I unlocked my gate the night before they showed up and now its completely broke and unusable. It seems the person didnt know that you cant open a gate the opposite direction from the hinges. Not a good company.

I was delighted with my work by Hemax. The work they did was the best I've had yet. One small part of my work was missed and they responded quickly and even did some extra to make up for it. I have finally found a competent, trustworthy landscaper in Northern VA 1

Henry's visit to work out the scope of work and estimated price was informative and very simple. The project was started as scheduled and performed very well. They left our yard very clean. I would definitely use them again.

Supervisor provided on-site estimate and verbal contract w/i 1 hour. The crew worked quickly and effectively during a wet/rainy day to accomplish the removal of two large trees. Outstanding service!

I would recommend HEMAX to anyone. The foreman Max was very knowledgably and knew the County requirements, so the inspection process was painless. From beginning to end of the project company representatives were always available to answer any questions or address concerns, and always returned all calls from me in a timely manor. The finished product, egress window and well, is functional and looks great!
