I spoke with Velma on the phone and was immediatley impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. She visited my home a few days after that. My first impression over the phone was very true. She was all of that and more.. They cleaned the following week and I was very happy with the results. Thank you, Cathy Slusser
