Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
Heide and staff were very friendly & flexible. I had to reschedule the day and there was no problem with that. They were running a bit late but they called and let me know. My house felt much cleaner when I came home. The area where they really sparkled was in the bathrooms. The shower doors were spotless and a step stool in my kids bathroom was bright white..both problem areas for my husband and myself. I had to leave before they were done so I paid them and let them finish up the house. There were a few things that I will ask for next time like switch plate covers being cleaned, but overall, a great value for the price and pleasent people.

Three ladies came to clean my house, and they did a good job, quickly. They missed a few things that I didn't notice until they had left, but I will have them back and point out the things they missed for next time.

They did not want us to point out any issues with their cleaning. They did not want us at home while they were cleaning. They said that the pre-negotiated price was too little and they stopped doing the work in the middle because they had another job to go too. Very rude.

These two women were wonderful! They did show up a few minutes late, but that didn't bother me. They were neat and clean and extremely polite. They brought their own supplies and began cleaning immediately after I introduced them to my house. They worked very efficiently and thoroughly. When they finished, I was thrilled. The house never looked so good. They paid attention to all the details that I requested (baseboards, blinds, etc.) and even some that I didn't. I have scheduled them to come back regularly. I would highly recommend them.

I would just like to say the lady i spoke to at Service Magic was great, but once i got in contact with the cleaning company and made arrangements they never actually showed up on the day they were supposed to. I had just moved out of my apartment so i wasn't there to regulate the situation, and the whole purpose of her coming was because i was moving out so it was kind of dissapointing to not have her show up and then she ended up showing like 5 days later which kind of pushed the new tenant off of her schedule. Not so happy with the cleaning company but Service Magic was fine.
