The techs were prompt and on time to Vaccume and Charge my Mini Split but did not have the fittings to service. 4 days later my room was not cooling properly. A Team lead came out and said that the unit was not kicking into full mode and because of this my unit is probably not charged properlly. After paying $650 for my unit to be serrviced I was not happy hearing this. I asked him over the phone to check the filter in the unit and he said he did. I then called another company and a technician came out. He trouble shot the unit to find the filter was clogged. Why didnt Hedricks technitians or lead figure this out? $750 later and time it works
