On the phone, I gave Spencer every detail he asked for so he could let me know how much more or less. He quoted me $85.00. When he came to clean the carpet, He was going to charge extra to do the hallway which is very, I mean very narrow, so he only did the living and dining area. He did get it clean though, a good clean too. Thank you for recommending him and his business to me.

At first when the man came in I told him about a couple of stains on the carpeting and he said that it was very hard to get stains out like those. However when we have used a steam cleaned in the pas t they could remove the stains without any problems. I guess that is the difference between steam cleaning and just rubbing the dirt around into the carpet.......
