His work crew was punctual, polite, and efficient, also tailoring the installation to our house while maintaining the integrity of the structure. Tom went the extra mile with several folow-up calls and even coming out--making a special trip in the pouring rain--to install, himself, a drain pipe so the Ac overflow didn't go directly into our garden and into the basement.  The unit, as promised, runs quitely and smothly and meets our needs.  I highly recommend Heatwave and advise people to call Tom Duffy first before making any decisions  See All Ratings
