	Rating: Project: Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace Doug called immediately and came within 2 days to fix our shower drip.  The cost was higher than his estimate, but he did a good job.  We had asked for estimates for several other… Read Complete Rating Doug called immediately and came within 2 days to fix our shower drip.  The cost was higher than his estimate, but he did a good job.  We had asked for estimates for several other projects that need to be done, all of which he said he could/would do, mostly of a small nature.  We also asked for an estimate to replace our oil burner, another job he said he could do.  Unfortunately, he has never sent us an estimate or proposal for any of the other work that we need done.  I'm disappointed at his lack of response.  If he was not interested in doing the jobs all he had to do was say so and we would have looked elsewhere, which is what we will do. We communicated by phone and email to find the best time to do the job. He arrived on time, and worked quickly and cleanly. Final cost matched the estimate.
