They were able to come in within a week and get the job done. The work looks great and they sealed the stubbed basement. A little disappointed that the exterior out vent is directly under an attic vent. This seems like the gas would flow right back into the attic. Also it several days to get the radon level below 4 from an ave of 7.3. They packed up their equipment and the ave was only 3.4. I would have liked to see it get down around 2. But they were very professional and did not leave any mess. They also considered my needs with exterior placement.

Excellent vendor. Mike installed the system the next day following initial call and monitored radon concentration for several days after the installation to confirm successful mitigation of the problem. He took time to explain the mitigation process and found creative options to fit our vision. Mike found a discreet yet effective place (closet) to install the system and guaranteed to bring the radon concentration below the EPA threshold. What other vendors quoted 3x as much for without a guarantee to bring the concentration within the 'norm', Heartland Environmental accomplished that and more and with minimal investment. I love these guys!
