Our job was recently completed. Two builders worked on the deck even though it was below zero several mornings. The deck looks very nice with some special modifications recommended by Heartland. We are very happy with the finished product. The contractor's bid was below others; he also had an impressive portfolio to share with us when he bid on the job. The job was completed about on time due to the extreme weather conditions. We would recommend Hearttand Custom Builders, Inc. to any of our friends. Job well done! We also so appreciated Servicemagic's input.

Randy was the least expensive of the estimates I received, and also the one who seemed to understand what I wanted. He gave me some design ideas that I had not thought of, that really improved the appearance and function of my deck. I agreed at the time I contracted with him that he would do my project as time allowed, since he was already very busy, and the project did take several weeks to complete, but it is wonderful and I would certainly hire him again.
