Came out quickly and very fair price. Needed a Certification for Insurance and provided one quickly. In fact had such a positive experience with them have done further business with Hearth And Stove. Thanks a bunch, a new loyal customer!

Hearth & Stove was not able to repair my stove, but went out of their way to find a several companies in the area that serviced the type of stove I have. I was amazed that they called me back the same day that I submitted the request. I had to call my original service man 5 times before he even came out and then could not get him to come out again to fix the stove.

Lost one of the thumb screws which I had to go to the hardware store to replace.He deducted some from bill for this inconvenience. He was not a Heat-n-Glo repair person in which i was a little disappointed. He was pleasent enough and I would recommend him.
