Lanfrank later said some jobs are quick, some take long time. "Quick ones make them the money, nothing wrong with making a profit." We were never told job COULD take 7 hrs. Nothing wrong with making a profit, but deceptive sales practices are wrong. Written guarantee for refund was worthless since no one will ever do the exact same job. Discharge pipe to be vented to the front of the house; instead it was vented to the back where water already is a problem. Paneling cut to wrong height and left in the rain.
