These guys were total ;professionals. I showed them what I needed and I was missing some screws for the installation. They had extras, and surprise, didn't charge me extra for that. They switched out the microwave and the venting to the outside was better than what I had originally. I got their card so I can call them when I replace the next kitchen appliance.

Mark Hayes called, gave an estimate over the phone, showed up when he said he would, successfully completed the job in the time he said it would take, cleaned up after himself, and charged what he had estimated which was considerably less than the ridiculous estimate I got from ARS. Perfect score.
