Michael Hayes had a competitive bid, did a great job, and was good to work with. Our condo roof requires maintanence every couple years and when it's needed again we will call them back.

I was told one price then got hit with a suprise total price, and had to fight with him to agree to an acceptable price we could both live with, I don't like to fight over what was first agreed to.
