jeremy came out to give me an estimate. he just gave me a verbal estimate. another guy acually did the work. there was some confustion on what the electriction was supposed to do that he didn't do so the job took longer and cost a little more than originally thought. but they did a very good job and were on time and cleaned up. they even fixed some of what the electrition forgot. debbie b.

Excellent service! I had a ceiling pipe break late on a Saturday evening and they were able to respond quickly and fix the pipe before it could cause major damage. The technician was first rate, polite, and professional.

They came out about 2 hours after I called, but it was New Year's Day and 6 pm. They did not charge me a service fee and partially fixed the problem. The next day the problem ( a busted water pipe ) was fixed for a reasonable $175. Sean the plumber was very nice and professional. Will definitely use Hawthorne again.
