He preformed the work and I was satified with that. He could have been a little more accommodating. He said he couldn't get to a mold specimen in my laundry room because the cat's litter box was in there and he could not get to a wall because my garage was a mess. I didn't hire him to criticize my house, just to check on the mold. Overall did a good job, just lacks some social kindness.

Sorry my comments were taken that way. That was definitely not my intention and not at all what I meant. I remember thinking out loud that the steps I needed to perform to get the samples involved moving large items to clear a path through the garage. Then I would need to move the cat box to set up a ladder in the corner of the laundry. I did those things and got the samples, but afterwards the property owner seemed upset. Now I know why! So sorry. Is there anything I can do to make it up to you? I hope so. Gary
