I haven't heard any noises in the bedroom walls in 2 weeks. Not sure if the animal left or if Harts are doing their work. I'm pleased with their service . Anytime I call and speak to Bill, He has us on a schedule to ckeck the traps put outside.

I went to them after having an unsatisfactory experience with another firm. This guy was great. He came to the house when promised and removed the skunk in no more than 10 minutes. He clearly knows what he is doing (unlike the other firm). Its good to have such good competent people around. Plus his price was less than half of what I was quoted from the other firm, which was unable to remove the skunk because they thought they'd get sprayed. I will definitely use Hart's in the future and communicate to others on him.

He is very informational and professional. He showed up the day I called and gave me all the information that I needed before asking him to do the job. He explained in detail what he was going to do and what was to follow after he was done. I would recommend him to all my neighbors and friends

Project: Control or Eliminate Small Animals
He came got his money sprayed some repellent which instead of getting rid of he squirls seems to attract more. He couldn't come back as scheduled because his truck broke. We were away and he was supposed to come and do more work. My wife says there is no sign he did and the squirls are still there. He seemed like a nice guy, but right now I'm not happy.

I am sorry to hear this, I spoke with the client's wife and explained to her that I can not move baby squirrles until they are mobile per to my license. I have not finished with this client and had scheduled a return visit to eliminate the squirrles as soon as they were mobile.
