Did a great job..very professional work, in time but a little over budget but compromised on price in the end

Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
Jim has done a wonderful job installing my kitchen/laundry porcelain tile. He researched how to best work with these tiles (20x20) and took a significant amount of time to plan the placement so that it would look aesthetically pleasing and not result in an odd-shaped piece at door entries. He obviously puts a lot of quality in his work, so much so, that it seemed like he was treating this as a job in his own home. I plan to hire Jim for additional work at my home!

Project: Install Carpentry Framing
Jim was courteous, prompt, and professional throughout the entire process. We received a clear and complete written bid and answers to all our questions. Work started on time and was completed on time. The work area was kept neat and he was very careful to clean up during and at the end of each day. The finished product has far exceeded our expectations. Jim even called a week later to make sure we were still pleased and didn't have any concerns. We will definitely call him again for future work and recommend him to friends.
