He researched how to best work with these tiles (20x20) and took a significant amount of time to plan the placement so that it would look aesthetically pleasing and not result in an odd-shaped piece at door entries. We received a clear and complete written bid and answers to all our questions. Work started on time and was completed on time. The work area was kept neat and he was very careful to clean up during and at the end of each day. The finished product has far exceeded our expectations.
