Harman called almost immediately and had a technician sent out within the hour. The man was knowledgeable and polite, explained what he had to do and went to work. The cost appeared reasonable.

They were very nice and did a wonderful job. They explained everything to me about the repairs. My house is cool again, woo hoo.

I had an ongoing problem with a refrigerant leak that was being ignored by other companies ( as long as they could keep selling me service calls and refrigerant) I talked at length with the three companies that responded to my request. Larry did a good job of explaining the process to me and discussing the technical details with me. From the initial diagnois to the final repair his crew was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The final price was higher than I would of expected for that type repair, but the quality service and professional service made that easier to accept.

Gas valve had no cut off for pilot. It appears someone in past had worked on this furnace and did not replace with proper parts. We removed gas valve and pilot, and replaced with standing pilot gas valve that has a thermocouple for pilot safety shutdown. Replaced pilot and thermocouple on unit, then started and tested furnace for proper operation. Checked gas shutoff if pilot went out, checked limit controls. Now blower comes on after burners light and heat chamber warms up, as it is supposed to. The blower stays on after heat is satisfied until fan limit senses the heat chamber cooled down.

It was a Saturday call. Repairman showed up when promised and quickly repaired the problem. Even though one of the furnaces needs replacing he didn't give the hard sell. He only said give us a call when you're ready to do it. I would recommend Harman.

Very fast response, very nice technician who seemed extremely knowledgeable.

They were able to come to my house that very afternoon. After receiving a few other phone calls, however, I realized I might have slightly overpaid. But the other places that were quoting less were unable to come that day. I just needed a checkup on my HVAC done, but I happened to be off that day and it was convenient that they were able to come right over.

The technician who came out did a great job, diagnosed the system and the ductwork and determined the airflow was blocked. He installed new ductwork and rerouted it so we get even heat in all the rooms. Very knowlegable and professional, I would recommend Harman Refrigeration HVAC to anyone.
