Gas valve had no cut off for pilot. It appears someone in past had worked on this furnace and did not replace with proper parts. We removed gas valve and pilot, and replaced with standing pilot gas valve that has a thermocouple for pilot safety shutdown. Replaced pilot and thermocouple on unit, then started and tested furnace for proper operation. Checked gas shutoff if pilot went out, checked limit controls. Now blower comes on after burners light and heat chamber warms up, as it is supposed to. The blower stays on after heat is satisfied until fan limit senses the heat chamber cooled down.

It was a Saturday call. Repairman showed up when promised and quickly repaired the problem. Even though one of the furnaces needs replacing he didn't give the hard sell. He only said give us a call when you're ready to do it. I would recommend Harman.

They were able to come to my house that very afternoon. After receiving a few other phone calls, however, I realized I might have slightly overpaid. But the other places that were quoting less were unable to come that day. I just needed a checkup on my HVAC done, but I happened to be off that day and it was convenient that they were able to come right over.

The technician who came out did a great job, diagnosed the system and the ductwork and determined the airflow was blocked. He installed new ductwork and rerouted it so we get even heat in all the rooms. Very knowlegable and professional, I would recommend Harman Refrigeration HVAC to anyone.

Veryy good work, quick, efficient, I just wasnt clear on the charges, or maybe i wasnt listening. There is a show up fee, then the cost of whatever they do timewise, and plus parts.

The service was great!!! I actually forgot about my appointment because I had to work late and the service called me to verify the appointment. When I told the repairman that I had just gotten off work and could be at home in 20 minutes to meet him, he assured me to take my time and promptly rescheduled by appointment time for the later the same day. The service guy arrived on time, worked efficiently, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing, as well as the basics of how the furnace worked. They did such a good job that I actually purchased a service agreement where they will automatically return to service my AC unit in the spring.

Larry was very professional and reliable. He followed up with me from start to finish, as well as scheduled for the inspectiors to come out and check my new unit.
