I had Harless Insulaion quote and then install blown insulation in my attic on 12-06-2011. I had been doing work in the attic to make ready, so I spoke with Steve over the course of several weeks. When I was ready I called to schedule work. My work schedule did not allow him to come as per his work day schedule. He asked if he could come out the next day as soon as I got home from work. I agreed and he came from Alabaster to Roebuck by 3:30. Steve Harless and two of his employees did the entire job in one hour. There was no mess anywhere, and everyone was very polite. They did exactly what they said for exactly the price quoted.

He was great. He found things others missed and he took the time to explain how things would be done. He was professional, on time, clean, did little extras to make sure we were very satisfied, which we are.

I measured the attic as about 750 sq.ft an needed 8 in of insulation.. Harless quoted 300 $. When he arrived he told my son that the attic was 900 ft not 750 an he would recom.12 in an would do for 500 $. My son said OK. I measured again an is 750ft.. Don;t know if he put 12 in in or not but this is wrong .
