Excellent experience. Dana is polite, punctual and does the extra things that place him a notch above the best. For instance, he found parts for my stove burners even though the manufacturer had discontinued carrying them. Otherwise I would have had to buy an entire stove top at no small expense. My storm door nearly ripped off from strong winds and required a new hinge and door stops. It was quite a challenge to get the door rehung and make adjustments but Dana kept at it until it was done right. I would highly recommend Dana because he is so conscientious.

Mr. Hardwick was professional but also very genial and kept working as we visited. Very helpful in moving and replacing heavy pictures. Knowledgable about new products that I sorely needed to care for my home. Painting skills excellant from what I could judge from my ceiling paint job.
