Happy Pools, Inc.

Wrote a check for 10k over a month ago and absolutely no pool has been done. Calls aren't returned and no status of the job is being given. Horrible customer service from the woman who answers the phone at the store. Makes you feel like you're bothering her. If I could get my money back and go somewhere else I would. I can't give a statement on quality because they haven't done anything.

We are really happy with the end results. The pool looks good and the deck is beautiful.

The pool was finished on time but it took 6 months to get the pool equipment installed and by then the pool had many stains. They did acid wash the pool but still no equipment. I finally had to hire someone else to install pool equipment to keep the pool clean. Victor never returns phone calls or e-mails. I have yet to hear from him. The office personal are pleasent but really can do nothing as Victor doesn't answer their calls either!

Very professional, deliver the job on time. Very organize. Highly recomend this company.

Everything happened as promised and on time.

I had hired a different pool contractor that was a disaster and ending up firing them. I found Victor h=at Happy Pools and contacted him. He called me back within an hour and was at my house the next day to give us an estimate. The price was fair and he started the next day. His crews were very professional and curteous and answered any questioned that we had. I would highly recommend using Victor and Happy Pools. We only had our tiles replaced and new Diamond Brite laid but with the service that he provided, I'm sure for new contruction as well, you won't be disappointed.

Work was performed in a timely fashion. Any concerns were addressed. Would use them again and recomend to others.

Victor and his team were experienced and personable. The work was done very nicely to my satisfaction however they need to work on their timing. A three day quoted job took six days.

I would never recommend Happy Pools. Tthe end result of my patio is beautiful but getting there was a nightmare. IF the workers showed up they would work for a couple of hours then leave. . Victor would never return calls when we would call trying to find out what was going on. After the patio was laid the workers came back to seal it & didn't clean it first so they sealed over footprints & a huge tire mark that their wheelbarrow made. We called Victor & left many messages to get it fixed which he would never return. I finally emailedl Victor telling him my bank was reversing my payment since the job was not finished.Finally he came out

Very poor communication. Broken agreements. 1. Was told service was set amount, then was charged a higher amount for months that had more than 4 weeks. 2. Was told I would receive an e-mail I never received. 3. Was told the serviceman would leave note after visit. Did not happen. 4. Was promised a reimbursement when service was canceled -still waiting for it...

This was a weekly pool service account, Note, there is no complaint about the actual service of the pool. As far as the pool service amount, whe charge based on weekly visits, there are 4 months a year that you have 5 visits instead of 4, so yes there is an additional charge for the other visit,it was approved by her. The email was not sent but a letter was, the note that was asked for was left in the time clock not in the mailbox like she asked,but it was left, and the customer came to the store and picked up her $72.00 refund check. This is one of those insecure micro managaging customers that we all have to deal with sometimes unfortunley.
