Alot of their workers are Latinos where communication is quite often difficult. Initial family that came out focused on speed and not good, quality thorough cleaning, which precipatated another girl to come out to reclean places. Times promised by Kim Torres for them to call me and schedule the next cleaning was not followed thru' with; I had to call them and then the scheduled day during the week I wanted my next cleaning done was cancelled supposedly d/t illness of the worker. Rescheduled on Mon. of the next week and they never showed up, nor did they ever call me. I've been dropped like a hot potato, w/ot courtesy of explanation or call

upon completion, i was told that the price had doubled because a second person had come. I requested that all the wood work be polished and it wans't. When one of the girls initially was polishing the wood work, she was using a "PAPER TOWL" I then handed her a polishing rag. I also instructed them on how i wanted my wooden floors cleaned with my own cleaning supplies. They messed my floor up. I had to go back over it myself. I still have not been able to get back the way it was. There were streaks left on the mirrors and glass doors that they cleaned and i found cob webs corners. I definitely would not recommend this crew to anyone.

We at Happy Homesitters take pride in giving excellent customer service. We will come fix any job that someone thinks we have not done properly. I was never contacted or communicated to by this customer that there were any issues. In regards to the cost….the price did not double …we charge by the man hour and a “guestimate” was given over the phone. We do not bid on any job without coming to see the job site..however we were booked until the following week and this gentleman insisted that it needed to be completed within two days of calling us..and we did say that is was a guessitmate..without having seen what his needs were we guestimate

Met with Kim first, she was very professional and personable. Elsa worked non stop and my house looked great. I will use her again!

The attitudes of the ladies who came to the house were professional and they did a good job missing some obvious places but will take care of them.

little bit of a language barrier with gals that do the cleaning, but using the internet for translating works fairly well. They are accommodating with regards to scheduling, and tasks, including specific instructions for completing such tasks. Over-all very happy with their service.

They were very prompt! And Kim was especially nice. However, they damped mopped my den and I instructed them to use a special spray and mop, and it took longer than she thought. I do understand that the first time will take longer. It should only take three hours with two people.

Did a great job. We were very pleased with their detail to work.
