I promptlyn received a phone call from the plumber at which time I explained the problem with the water heater. The plumber explained to me how to fix the problem. I was excited to think the plumber would spend time to explain how to fix a problem with no such desire to charge me. I fixed the water heater as explained. Next time there is a plubing problem I will call and request service from this company.

I was out of the country when I needed help with a hot water heater problem. They called me back immediately and was able to go to the house, discuss clearly what needed to be done and gave me a very fair price. I have not seen the work yet but spoke with the women living in the house and she said every thing is in working order and the workers were quick and kind. (I ended up deciding to replace a very very old water heater.) Finding plumbers who do a good job and are fair in their pricing has always been a problem for me. I will be keeping their name for any future needs for sure.

Within an hr, someone was here. He was very polite and knowledgable of his work. The issue was addressed quickly and didn't cost a fortune.
