They were punctual, finished the job in less time than estimated, and only charged us for time spent. The person they sent clearly knew what he was doing and was professional.

I used Handyman Matters in Kansas and found them to be great and I have not been disappointed.

Handyman Matters owner, Chuck, listened to what I was saying and had an appointment for me that fit my schedule perfectly. The plumber who corrected the problem was outstanding both professionally and in his customer service.

I contacted your service to have ceiling and wall racks filled and restore swirl pattern to surface. I was told this would be done. It was not. I was informed by the plasterer that the swirl pattern would require painting and use of a sand/paint mixture for which he was not contracted to do. Plastering the cracks was adequate, but left unfinished edges that had to be sanded. The job was finished in 3 hours, but really required follow-up to do the sanding and the originally requested expertise in restoring the swirl pattern.

Thanks for your comments. Our craftsman advised the customer upon arrival that the swirl pattern could only be restored after the drywall was repaired, at the painting stage. We were told to proceed with the drywal repair, and that the customer would handle the sanding, which typically requires a follow-up visit. We most certainly could have done the painting, but the drywall needed to be done first, and the painting would require a follow-up visit. We look forward to serving you again soon!

The Handyman that called was very honest. I needed screens for my windows redone and he directed me to an alternative retailer who performs this work. Nice to know honesty and core values still exist!
