Review by Kathleen D.in Mission Viejo, CA Project: Hire a Handyman
When hiring a handyman be clear about what you want them to do. I thought a handyman could do anything - fix a door and some electrical. A company this size has specialists. i got a good person for my initial project, but I had an add-on that day that was definitely out of his comfort zone.

Review by Melinda W.in Irvine, CA Project: Hire a Handyman
For some reason or another, the handyman showed up late. He did a great job once he showed up and I was happy to hear that he was one of the electricians for my new home and he knows how it was electrically wired.

Review by a customerin Aliso Viejo, CA Project: Hire a Handyman
I hired them from out-of-state to work on my parents' kitchen. In the end, my parents were happy with the level of service and work. But it cost a lot more than the original estimate, and probably a lot more than it should have cost. The technician was very nice about it, but it still took 6+ hours to install drawer slides on 7 drawers. I'm no carpenter, but I could've flown out there and done it myself in that amount of time. It ended up costing me over $700 for those 7 drawer slides... that would've covered the price of my plane ticket...
Comment from Handyman Matters
The scope of project was not just the replacement of the sliders, when tech was on job site it was determined that the drawers had to be rebuilt, this was accepted by the homeowners parents, the new sliders did not fit the current cabinet/drawer configuration

Review by Joe anthony P.in Ladera Ranch, CA Project: Hire a Handyman
Charged $120 for a total of 10mins of work ,
Comment from Handyman Matters
On this project we had to patch 2 drywall holes (tape, mud, sand and texture) and also reattached the bathroom vent fan and reattached the cover. Our craftsman was there a full hour, the customer signed the work invoice stating he was. I personally spoke to the customer prior to the job and told him the cost for the project and he agreed.
