Project: Repair Window Frames
Owner Phil Perry came to my home the day after I called him and charged no fee to inspect my broken window latch and offer a solution. Ultimately, the window manufacturer replaced it under their warranty but I would highly recommend Mr. Perry and his company for any handyman related projects.

Jerry was Great! Very professional and friendly! He did a great job! When I called the office, they were very flexible and accommodating with the scheduling... I would definitely recommend them!

Project: Hire a Handyman
Handyman-New Port responded quickly to my concern regarding our custom cabinets in the kitchen. The cabinet above the refrigerator was built too low, and did not allow enough space for the height of the new refrigerator. I was contacted the next morning following the message I left, he came to my home and presented me with suggestions as to how to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved within two days, the new refrigerator in place and the cabinet looks great, and you would not know it had been adjusted. We are pleased with his work and will use him again!

Project: Install or Replace a Smaller Appliance
His fee is little bit too high($99.00/hour) plus the cleanser he used. We paid total $105 for his service. The problem was not fixed. We end up buying a brand new dish washer.

Our rates are $99 for the first hour and $87 an hour after that, billed in 15 minute increments. Client was advised that cleaning might not fix the problem before booking appointment. Technician was actually on job for one and a half. He actually took it apart to clean it.
