It took a couple of days to get the estimate. I had to call when I didn't hear and the guy on who came out hadn't called the office with the estimate. He said he could power wash at the same time, but didn't bring the equipment. He put some tape on our siding and said he would come back and take it off the next day, but it is still there. He said he would have the office call us to set upfor power washing, but we haven't heard anything. That was Wed.

Wow! We were really impressed w/ their service...from the first call to the office, to the quick scheduling, to the awesome job done! We had a fence powerwashed and didn't have the right dimensions when we made the appointment, but it didn't faze the pro! He tackled the job and even agreed to come back the next day to finish the project since the fence was three times longer than expected! :) Would definitely recommend this company!

they came out and discovered it was not my gutters, but my roof edge. I found this honesty refreshing, as they make their living selling gutters. I do plan to replace a few downspouts with these people.

Very prompt, and good work was done, but a bit pricey. I have a downspout re-attached, and it cost $100. This was no more than 15 minutes of work.
Comment from Handyman Matters
Here at Handyman Matters, we do have a 1 hour minimum. Our hourly rate is $68, with a $36 trip charge. In the case of a client having a very small project, our Craftsmen are trained to ask if there is anything else they can do so that the client receives their full hour of work. They will even take out the trash! We sincerely want our clients to get their money's worth.
