She left with a very good understanding of the work we wanted completed. Although a situation has developed that will not allow us to complete the work immediately as we had planned, when we are ready to proceed,  certainly Handyman Matters will be our choice to complete the work. I appreciated the fact that Pam allowed us the opportunity to decide if we wanted to purchase the materials ourselves or they would be willing to do so, if that is how we preferred to proceed.
