Project: Repair Exterior Trim
Spent two day installling 2 garage doors. I will still have to have a pro come out to adjust. Waves in metal wrap, especially bad in the garage door entry where people can get clothes caught. Failed to show up 4 times when promised. Poor use of material, with a lot of waste. Steve was advised we were not happy, but failed to show the last two time promised to install a back door for the house.

I was having a hard time dealing with this customer. My mother had just passed away, and they didn't seem to understand that my family comes first. I did the work that I originally said that I would do + the garage doors. I hate having such a bad review. I have been doing this work for 7 years and this is my only unsatisfied customer.
