I called him on nov.17 and he showed up at my house at about 5 pm to take a look at my cook top and my oven. He took some part numbers and said he would get back to me, haven't heard from him since. I don't think he is too knowledgable about appliances,so I called someone else to do the job.I think he should have told me he was in over his head. He seemed alittle confused?

John is great guy. He did an excellent job with very reasonable pricing. He is hard working and very sincere. He fixed my garage door nicely. I will recommend him to everyone. He is so much in wok that he forget to wear helmet. He must wear helmet and safety goggles. I wish him best. Will hire in future if I need to carryout any work in my home. Hitesh Shah
