They were prompt and reliable. They called right away, showed up right away, and scheduled an appointment at my convenience. They were very polite and upfront about the job and the pricing. They did an excellent job with my tile. I plan to use them for my next project. They will install a new bathroom for us. I really appreciated the professionalism they showed- no stress, no nasty suprises and awesome, fast results.

Some of the gutters on this very large home were above 40 feet high. We used a series of ladders, extension poles with cleaning brushes and water to clear the clogged gutters and downs spouts. Water flowed smoothly when the job was complete.

It seemed the complexity of the job was underestimated and they subsequently rushed to finish, which led to some sloppy work and much frustration. They did address a section of wall tile that was not cut evenly and a section that was not installed straight and fixed it at my request. I would have liked a little more attention to detail. (One tile framing the window was not cut short enough, causing a few rows of field tiles to be off. It's subway style, so it's less evident.) They also sealed the floor before getting the haze up, so I will need to clean and re-seal myself. The finished product looks pretty good, but not worth the headache.

In hindsight we should not have taken on the job due to the very sloppy work that we had to go over, not a square wall or level surface in the room not to mention that the hardie backer that customer put down not being attatched to studs etc.... The results were good but we felt we were micro-managed the entire time with expectations that were unreasonable.

Very responsive, arrived when scheduled. Cleaned up area. Would use again.

Stew and his crew, Bob and Dave, were simply a pleasure to work with. They were very kind and always professional. They helped us out any way they could to accommodate my family with the remodel. I most certainly would call on them for future projects.

Handy Champs were incredibly responsive to my service request- called almost immediately after I submitted my ServiceMagic request and were at my house in just a couple of hours. They were extremely professional and polite and spent the time necessary to inspect my broken stove, explain what was wrong, and recommend a solution. Ultimately, the replacement part would cost almost as much as a new stove, through no fault of Handy Champs at all. I really appreciated that they recommended I get a new stove vs. having them order/install the part (which would have meant business for them). I was VERY IMPRESSED with my experience.

Great service and very professional. Will use them again for sure.

Found the problem, got the parts, installed same, and up and running.
