We have an older home and the electrical (some old-fashioned cloth covered wire) can be tricky. Brandon was up front about what would be required to bring our wiring up to code - no hidden agendas, just honest feedback and a commitment to upgrading us in the simplest and safest way possible. His rates were competitive with the other bids we got. He had someone out the next day to do the work - Luis did a beautiful, clean job upgrading circuit, replacing old outlets, and adding wiring for a new fixture. Brandon's paperwork is quick and efficient. I will hire them again!
