David Hightower, owner of H&H Plumbing, refuses to warranty the work done by his staff. He won't even guarantee it for 5 MINUTES. Appointments are set and not kept. No-shows and excuses abound. I took his denial of a guarantee to mean that there would be another charge to fix the leak PROPERLY if H & H Plumbing was allowed to return. TRAVIS STOTT was the one who didn't fix it properly, and he wouldn't come back to do it right. H&H Plumbing should NEVER be trusted to do any job in the first place. A QUALIFIED plumber did the job correctly, AND he guaranteed his work.

These guys installed my garbage disposal and did a great job. after a few weeks the disposal completly stopped working, we called them back and they came back out right away and fixed the problem. with no charge. they were freindly and professional. I will be calling them back out to check out any other plumbing problems!

Was only interested in maximizing cost of job; only needed a washer could have been done for less. replaced entire faucet instead; didn't even bother to match existing fixtures

The shower valve that needed repaired was an old style delta valve. The copper lines that connect to the valve would have been broken if removed. We only sold a new shower valve to the customer to prevent any damage to the existing valve to eliminate future problems. The customer could not fit the desired valve into his budget so we replaced the existing valve with a standard valve.

The service was great. The guys quoted me a price, which was $300 less than a previous quote I'd gotten for the exact same water heater + installation, & 3-4 hours later (around 8 pm), they were at my house. Two hours later, it was installed, & I've had no problems. I'm bad with names, but this young man just started his own business & seems to be working hard to build it up.

100% positive experience! Good quality work with excellent customer service and 100% honesty when it comes to quotes and cost. H & H Plumbing will ensure that you don't spend more than you have to. We initially hired them to fix our dishwasher, and the service was so good that we chose to go with them instead of another company to replace both our water and sewer lines. This bigger job was done efficiently and only took them one day to complete. We will definitely be using H & H Plumbing if we have any plumbing issues in the future!
