I spoke to an office scheduler who knew the hourly rate ($85 / hr), and when the crew could arrive. She didn't know any of the technical stuff, but that was OK. $85 was $10 more than the other companies, but the others only sent one person. I felt two would be better, because I have a large yard (about an acre). The team of two arrived 30 minutes late. Only one spoke english, but was curteous and explained the work they would do. They finished alot of work in about an hour and a half which is what they charged. I felt that I got a good value for the money and would hire them again!

I had a bad leak, thought it was my sprinklers. The tech arrived Thursday and advised it was the main water connection into my home. The first pipe that was put on cracked after the water was restored. A second one was put on and the water was turned off for 24 hours to allow time for the ground to dry. A tech came back out Friday to cover the hole up and restore the water. Sunday morning around 1 am I heard a noise that sounded like water running. the pipe burst again. I called and spoke to Hugo, who sent some one out to turn the water off. Sunday morning Hugo came out with a tech and replaced it with a cooper pipe. Great so far...

We hired H&G to do some minor fence repairs, erosion control, and irrigation improvements to some HOA property. Hugo Garcia (owner) met with us the same day we called and provided a bid that day. The work was done promptly and professionally. Hugo went beyond our expectations by paiting and making additional repairs to the fence. I strongly recommend the company for both quality and integrity.
