Super fast response and came when we needed him to. Provided a quick solution and did good work. Price was a bit more than I would have thought, hence the less than "5" rating on Value for Money. Otherwise, I'd recommend him.

Mr. Hancock showed up when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem with leaking kitchen pipes. He explained to me exactly what he was doing to correct the problem. He repaired it to my satisfaction and charged me what I think was a more than fair price. I would (and I will) hire him for my plumbing needs in the future.

had a pipe leak...so the first response was Hancock. they came out and fixed the leak fast and quick...which i like and as for price...not too bad.
