Arrived as agreed and actually waited for me because i was running late. very professional & knowledgeable. preformed troubleshooting method, identified problem then repaired said problem with minimum amount of time.Great job

Gerald did a great job. He arrived when he said he would after a confirmation call. He identified the problem with my well pump, and recommended I replace another part. I spent more than I expected but I did go with his recommendations, so I'm happy- my well pump works now and my grass can get water!

They quoted me one price and then jacked it up right before they arrived. They overcharged me on labor (he was only here for an hour) and charged 20 more on that part than I was quoted. He did not fix the problem, the next day I had to call another company. I was very displeased with the price jacking, however, they did get my water back on.
