An inspection was required by my insurance company to confirm hail storm damage. Justin provided a very prompt and thorough inspection of my roof. His follow-up on the request was professionally presented and included pictures that I could submit with my claim.

Mr. Hall inspected a footing and slab for me. I thought he was very efficent and he was willing to "get his hands dirty" by helping to dig to see the footing. He report was timely in getting to me. We did have some problems getting together. He cancelled several times.

A telephone call was promptly recvd' from Hall Engineering to discuss the potential assignment. The rep from Hall was very helpful. We have not had the opportunity yet to send Hall Engineering personnel to the damaged home.
