They did a thorough job of testing our well water and answered all of my questions. The system was installed and seems to be working fine.

We had them replace a bulb in our water sterilization system. They ordered the part and had someone put it in as soon as it was in. They had accidentally broken the casing the bulb sat in to protect it from water. They reordered the casing and had it replaced the moment it was in. They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System
He had to cut a hole in the wall to run a vent duct thru the garage to the outside. The hole was pitiful. Birds could have flown in around the duct. When a job requires a hole in the wall, the contractor needs to know how to cut holes. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

They made two trips to our facility to talk over our job. They took water samples and phoned us with results. They've sent two versions of proposals for us to evaluate, and have contacted us by phone several times. Hope the work turns as good as the initial planning they've done.

While they weren't the cheapest, they had the most integrated and maintenance free system we could find -- value for the price. Also, the unit is comparatively attractive and easy to use/understand. Our well water is much softer and tastes and smells clean without any discernable loss in pressure!
