They performed on time, worked with our schedule, cleaned up after themselves, and the new furnace works very well. They came out a second time to seal in the exposed fiberglass insulation on the duct joints, as requested, and to install a pad under the furnace box. The only surprise is the hissing noise from the furnace vent on the exterior wall; there needs to be some technology to muffle that.

Our furnace exceeds all expectations, competently and truthfully sold to us, intelligently installed by experienced craftspeople who were adept at recognizing possible problems and solving them expertly, and it is functioning flawlessly. Good folks and fun to deal with also.

I decided to get a Central Heating System instead of replacing the floor furnace. The workers who installed the system were professional and expedient. Clean-up was neat. The workmanship is excellent. A breakdown in communication between staff and the person who was to patch the drywall resulted in inconvenience for the tenants. On several occasions tenants had re-arranged schedule expecting a worker who did not show. Once he did show up..the workmanship was very good. Suggestion: strive for better communication with customers, especially if appointment dates are changed.

Haddon was very easy to work with. They arrived on time for the estimate, they explained the situation and options to me, and they ddin't take too much of my time (knowing I was on a tight schedule). They also didn't try to pressure sell me, which I appreciated greatly.

Fast service, good job, clean worksite. Minor damage to one door jamb. I had a problem with the furnace on Friday. Since they don't work on the weekend I had to wait until Monday for repair. They were there Monday afternoon for the fix.
