Install heater and a/c unit. Drew was wonderful. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions.He is very knowledgeable about the industry and educated us as well. When the unit we ordered was late, he upgraded our system with a unit that was in stock and completed the job as agreed and on time. His team was very professional and polite. I am very pleased with Drew and his company and would highly recommend him for any heating and a/c needs you have. Thanks Drew- Robin H, Phoenix AZ

Drew's initial presentation was concise and very informative.His followup was thorough. He was very patient with us as we were getting several other bids from different Air /Heat Pump companies and had additional questions for him. Hackney's price and extended labor and parts warranty were just right for our budget and peace of mind The installation was done promptly, efficient and his team polite, clean and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Hackney

Absolutely one of the most professional contractors I have hired through the "Service Magic" website. They provided us with extremely useful information about the airconditioning industry, manufacturers, specifications as well as insight into how to compare AC contractors. There were no surprises, what you talked about with them was what you got. They were extremely professional, clean, respectful and courteous when they came to install the unit in our home (which was no small task) I am glad we chose such a reputable comapny for our project and WITHOUT question I would hire them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

This company was a pleasure to do business with. At the time of the estimate, I was very impressed with how thorough and articulate Drew was and that he wanted to make sure I understood my choices, how the heat pump would work and exactly what to expect at the time of installation. I would recommend Hackney's to anyone.
