The Haas Group was instrumental in getting a bad roofing job fixed for me. They are very knowledgeable about roofing, buidling codes, and manufacturers specifications. They were very attentive and professional, spending hours on the phone with me over a period of the four months it took to get the roofer to fix the problems. I highly recommend the Haas Group. I only wish that I had consulted them before I had my roof worked on. They will review your contract with the roofer and meet with them before the job starts to make sure expeectations are clear. In my case it would have saved me a lot of aggravation.

The consultant was timely in his estimated time of arrival. He was very thorough with the inspection, checking all areas on the roof and taking pictures of problems he found. He took the time to peruse my recent contract and noted areas of concern. He gave excellent advice on procedures I need to follow to have the problems with my roof corrected. He also let me know that he would follow through on the process of correcting the problems found. I found him to be the ultimate professional in the manner in which I addressed my concerns.

First, the Haas Group evaluated my roof. I next called companies in to give bids on fixing the roof. I passed each proposal (about 5) along to Ernie for his evaluation. With his trained eye he could easily separate the good from the bad as well as the better from the best. He evaluated each proposal on its individual merit and did not play favorites with these companies. Finally, Ernie recommend the company that was best for my particular situation. Along the way he offered lots of advice for dealing with roofing companies / contracts. I would recommend the Haas Group to anyone contemplating roof replacement vs. repair.
