I was very impressed with their professionalism and prompt service. I'm a contractor myself, so know what it's like to run a business and have quality service. I had service which needed to be done right away, not to mention they found other issues and corrected them all. I would not hesitate to hire them again or refer, I'll stay in touch and use them for my house and business.

THey were quick to respond tomy oil furnace repair. He was friendly and thourough. He managed to find ways to fix the problem where others had said it needs replacing.

John was fantastic. Previous contractor told me the cost to repair my unit would not be worth it, and that I should replace it. John came out and fixed it in one visit, when he said he would, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I have placed his name and number on the heat pump so I will always have his number if I need service again. Best experience I have ever had with an HVAC contractor!!

They were phenomenal. Called me right way, made an appointment and called to confirm it. They came when they said they would, serviced my furnace and left everything as clean as before. John was curtious and efficient.

We have used HVAC starters on two different occasions for repair to our AC unit. Both times were in the middle of the hottest days of the season, but HVAC starters responded promptly and got the job done quickly at a reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

HVAC Starters provided quality work. We called on Friday afternoon. John came the Saturday morning - the air condition started working on Saturday. John was very considerate of our needs and answered all our questions. We definitely would recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

They are responsive and came on time. The fixed the problem. The charge is a bit high but since they fix the problem, I'm OK with it.
