Project: Install or Replace a Thermostat

Arnulfo came on time at about 8:00 am with a helper. Inspected my thermostat and furnace and found that the circuit board on my furnace went bad. My thermostat was really old and it needed replacing as well. We called Carrier the original maker of the furnace but it was 10 years old so out of warranty. Arnulfo really went out of his way to find another circuit board and fixed the whole thing by that afternoon. (the circuit board was generic and not Carrier but Arnulfo guaranteed it for a year) I came home to a nice toasty home, a comfy 72 instead of a frosty 48 degrees which was what I was experiencing. I would definitely use Arnulfo again!

Project: Repair or Service a Refrigeration System

The technician came on time, did not know exactly what was wrong, but refrigerator worked. 1 month after , same thing happened. I tried to call to have them come over again and fix it. No response. I called 4/5 times and everytime they say, sorry, we will call tomorrow and send someone to fix.2weeks noe and I did not get a call back from them $90 dollars were paid for nothing.

Project: Install a Ceiling Fan

HVAC was extremely flexible with the time slot to do the work. They arrived on time and immediately set to work. They had to leave at one point for more tools, but that was the only challenge. The guys were competent and cleaned up after themselves, inside and outside of the home.
