No regrets using H-Two-O, will use them for my future plumbing projects. Quick response, superior work far less than competitors without cutting any corners. I felt like I was ripping them off!

Project: Camera Locate Breakage for a Plumbing System
These guys took the initiative to contact me and even came to my house on New Years Day for the initial visit without additional charge. Their estimate was very competetive/fair and met the needs of my job. They followed up when they said they would and arrived promptly to start each day. Although the job involved considerable disruption to my basement , they took care to protect my property during the work and finished when they projected that they would. The plumbing work was done professionally including instalation of a new drain pipe inspection portal in the replaced line. They cleaned the basement after completion.

Wayne & his crew were very pleasant & easy to work with. Original estimate was very reasonable. Requested some additional work & felt prices were a little high. Had two minor issues - siding was damaged during installation of new outside spigot but after a phone call to Wayne, this was corrected. Other issue involved a crack that was found during installation of new toilet. Original supplier did not have replacement available & I was told I it could be a week before it was in stock. A week without a toilet was too long so I found a local supplier that had the part in stock. I called Wayne, he had the part picked up and installed same day.

These guys are far above other plumbing firms we've contracted with over the years. They are on-time, can explain the technology they will use in layman's terms, provide a written estimate they stick to even if the unforeseen should take place, cover the path from the entry door to the work and the appliances near the work with drop cloths, put dug up materials on drop cloths, double check every part of the job - two and sometimes three people check it, every crew member is polite, and they cleaned up everything (no mess anywhere). They even remembered to lock the gate on the way out. I'd give them 10 stars but 5 is the limit! We will def
