Harry is a hard working man.. The problem was not his fault entirely. He didn't;t understand how to take the rollers out of the door frame properly. So in the process he broke the tang that holds the roller in the frame and after that he couldn't get replacement rollers. So he tried to adjust the old rollers and to the best of his ability. It didn't work on the large door. So I had to call in Window Doctor to repair the door rollers , in short they had the rollers and installed them properly..Other wise Harry is very fair in his pricing and is sincere in his work..I belief he would do a good job for some other type of work..
