Dealing with Mike and his dedicated crew was a joy.  We were impressed  by Mike's diligence in keeping in touch with us as he promised,  keeping on top of our needs at the house, and keeping his word.  Mike is an affable person to talk to who is willing to tackle the simplest of jobs besides the larger ones. (Example, we had a kitchen drawer that needed to be fixed  and a carpentry job involving our back deck.)  We were also pleased with the men he sent out to handle our maintenance/repair list, also  two equally likable guys.  We have already recommended  Mike's service to someone else, and would not hesitate to use HPL again in the future.

Friendly and wanting to please the customer. A couple of issues came up that we were concerned about, but they immediately took care of the problems. Installed hardwood, some new subfloor, base, new door and had to texture a portion of the wall to match. Did a great job and they were done in 4 days.

Mike from HPL was very friendly and responsive.  Obviously the focus in on customer satisfaction and the employees that did the job were very professional and friendly.  I never felt like my windows project was given a lesser status due to its relative smaller size compared to some other contruction projects that might be the usual focus for HPL, Inc.  When the project encountered some unexpected complications with some deteriorating wood in my house HPL, Inc.  was very appropriate and went out of their way to ensure the wood was replaced.  The extra work and lumber were charged to me with a result of a very good overall price for the service
