It was a pleasure working with Mike on the inspection of the property I was purchasing. Not only did he do a very thorough and professional job, but he also took the time to explain to me everything he was doing. He also expalined the various mechanical systems in the house to me so that I will be able to maintain properly going forward. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for a great home inspection at a reasonable price.

Mike was great!! Knew in and out about everything. I didn't see him climb the roof though, may that's not what inspectors do anymore... Fortunately I'm buying a newer house, so don't expect any roof problems.
